WHAT WE DO

The Site Group is a Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture firm based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our services include Site Feasibility Studies and Concept Development, Rezoning and Entitlements, Site Plan and Construction Engineering, and Construction Administration and Closeout services. We trace our roots on Oberlin Road back over 40 years and take on projects ranging from a 1.5 million square foot regional distribution center to a residential landscape design. Our work includes residential, commercial, office, cell towers, small cells, DAS, student housing, institutional, child care and sports fields. Our project footprint currently extends along the I-40 corridor from east of Durham to the North Carolina coast.

We frequently work with developers, land-use attorneys, architects, consultants and contractors from all across the South East. Our clients range from National Franchises and Universities to local developers we have worked with for decades. Specific services of site layout, stormwater and utility engineering, landscape architecture, and site lighting design can be provided comprehensively or individually depending on the needs of the project team.
