Village at the Park

This Preliminary Development Plan was for a 130 unit Townhome and Single Family detached residential community off of the fast growing Highway 55 corridor in West Cary. Based on our past experience with the Apartment Components of the Village at the Park, we were hired to develop site layouts and submit a Land Use Plan amendment and a PDP rezoning for the 37 acre site. This project has been fully built out.
