HealthPark at Kildaire

Cary, NC

This is a large mixed use project in Cary that includes 180,000 SF of Office and Medical office, and a Continuing Care Residential Community with 300 units. This facility includes a Skilled Nursing and Memory Care components. We provided services from concept development, rezoning, site planning, construction document approval and permitting, and construction administration. This is one of the more dense developments in the Town of Cary in a high profile location with relatively challenging topography. As an infill site that was previously a single family subdivision there were particular challenges with existing infrastructure.
