This Commercial project is the redevelopment of an existing shopping center that formerly housed a movie theater and grocery store on Highway 11 in Greenville NC. All buildings on site were razed and existing infrastructure was improved to support 120,000 sf of anchor tenants and 3 outparcel sites. We provided site design, engineering, and construction administration services for this project.
